		<description>The only difference in my experience (other than that you have a lot more of it) is that I&#039;ve embraced firing reasonably quickly and I *still* think I can say that I&#039;ve never fired anyone too quickly (which, by the way, is a phrase I like to use). &#160;Right on!</description>
