It&#039;s difficult to act on anything when it&#039;s not front-and-center.  Putting it there not only makes it visible to the owner of it, but to others around them who might help.

Consciously identifying issues immediately as &quot;problems&quot; has been good to me.  Put it on the table in front of you and the battle&#039;s better than half won.</description>
