Red Sox Lose – Entirely My Bad

There is little that the baseball gods hate more than hubris.  Yesterday, I wrote a post titled: Red Sox Humiliate The National League East, in which I outright bragged about how the Red Sox have won 12 games in a row – all of them against the powerful National League East of baseball.  Of course, any such expression of confidence has only one, innevitable outcome – a necessary loss to put me in my place.

So, I offer my most sincere apologies to Red Sox Nation.  As a card-carrying member, I know the rules about getting cocky and discussing success.  I violated them knowingly and we’re all suffering for it.  I’ll try not to do it again.
